Each workout is tailored to challenge your current fitness level and push you to the next. Workout intensity and exercise technique are closely monitored to ensure the highest quality training session.
Small Group Training
From $20 / Session. Full Price List.
Group classes are a great way to break your routine. Workout with like-minded individuals in a
small, motivating group setting. Workout intensity will be scaled to challenge each individual’s
fitness level.
On Location Training
Pricing dependent on location & number of participants.
We come to you! Convenience is crucial in adhering to a fitness program so we will travel to your residence, workplace, or local park to provide your 1-on-1 Personal Training or Small Group Training workout.
  Personalized Program & Coaching
$100 / month or $250 / 3 months
Includes one new training program monthly along with unlimited contact with your trainer. 3 month commitment includes complimentary fitness assessment.
Fitness Assessment
Receive a comprehensive analysis of you current fitness level. Measurements include:
- Body Composition Analysis (Body Fat %)
